Training Design & Platform Administration

Active awareness of SMS developments, industry safety events, and FAA enforcement trends relevant to Part 135 operations. Ability to identify topics requiring training content updates between annual cycles. [SMS Manual §5.11.4.2(5)]

Working knowledge of AC 120-92B §6 human factors content, the Dirty Dozen, SHELL model, just culture principles (SMS Manual §2.4 and §3.4), and non-technical skills frameworks (CRM, TEM) sufficient to evaluate and update Module 2 content. [SMS Manual §5.11.4.2(6)]
